A perfect evening drink featuring the sweetness of maple syrup and smokey ginger beer. Made in partnership with The Old Rectifying House.

Ingredients

  • - 40ml Oak Aged Dry Gin
  • - 15ml Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
  • - 2 Dashes of Liquid Smoke
  • - Fever Tree Ginger Beer

Steps

Step 1.

Into a cocktail shaker add Oak Aged Gin

Step 2.

Add maple syrup

Step 3.

Add in liquid smoke dashes

Step 4.

Shake for 30 seconds until blended

Step 5.

Add ice into a short glass

Step 6.

Double strain over ice

Step 7.

Top with ginger beer to taste

Step 8.

Garnish with orange peel
