  • - Juice of 1 lime
  • - Fresh mint leaves
  • - Lime wedges
  • - 1 tsp sugar
  • - Soda water to top

Steps

IN A GLASS MUDDLE TOGETHER A HANDFUL OF FRESH MINT LEAVES, SUGAR AND LIME JUICE.

Step 2.

ADD CRUSHED ICE.

Step 3.

POUR OVER WITH DISTINGUISHED LONDON DRY GIN & STIR WITH A LONG HANDLED SPOON.

Step 4.

TOP WITH REFRESHINGLY LIGHT TONIC.

Step 5.

GARNISH WITH FRESH MINT LEAVES & A WEDGE OF LIME.
