A perfect desert cocktail combining the flavours of black forest with chocolate.

Ingredients

  • - 50ml Piston Forêt Noire Gin
  • - 10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
  • - 2 Dashes of Chocolate Bitters
  • - Dark Chocolate to Garnish

Steps

Step 1.

Add 50ml Piston Forêt Noire Gin into a jug or cocktail shaker

Step 2.

Add 10ml Sherry

Step 3.

Add Chocolate Bitters

Step 4.

Top with ice cubes and muddle with a cocktail spoon

Step 5.

Strain into glass

Step 6.

Garnish with dark chocolate (we also like to add a cherry too!)
